One sure sign of spring is the Bellevue Ford Meet, the official season kick off run.

With gray skies and temps around 60 or less, it did not feel like spring, but who cares...

We met at the Woodinville Costco for the drive to Bellevue.

Paul brought his "new" 5W.  I had a chance to buy this car in Idaho in 2001...'Oh well, it has a good home now.

Mark the Markster brought his super cool model A out under it's own power ! After NINE ! flatheads, he found one that is running good.

As with any rod meet, it's the coming and going that is the most fun.

Hot rods, fore and aft...

There is just something about seeing hot rods two wide coming down the road.

Even though the gray skies and cool temps keep some folks away, some cool iron rolled in through the morning.

Low mileage original...I am so jealous !

Some other Ford products that caught my eye...

This Skyliner got my attention for the simple reason that it was NOT totally optioned out. No tutone paint, no deluxe wheel covers, no huge side mirrors with lights...just a straight and honest Ford. Love it.  

OK, how about some GM stuff?

Another incredible restoration was this Mercury. Attention to detail was amazing.

Not a single flaw on this one.
